This is an ultrasonic cleaning machine with a heater, suitable for degreasing and cleaning machined parts, molds, and three-dimensional processed workpieces. By using SAIW as the cleaning solution, the heating function and ultrasonic cleaning enhance the efficiency of the cleaning process without the need for solvents or detergents. It is a compact design compatible with AC100V and has an approximately 34L tank, making it an easy-to-introduce low-cost model. In cleaning tests with workpieces brought in, it is possible to confirm the cleaning feasibility and propose optimal conditions.
